If I could change one thing in our society it would be to try and end gun violence. Especially in light of recent events such as the Parkland shooting and the way that the students there and across the country have reacted to it, now is the time do something about it. While this has been an issue for a long time, nothing has really been done about this previously, but this time it feels like change is hopefully coming. While completely eliminating gun violence is a long and difficult path, it’s important to keep pushing for change and not be satisfied with the bare minimum. I know that I personally have not really done as much as I could have or really should have in the past. In the future, I intend to do more.
