High Holy Days

The High Holy Days are a highlight of our year. We begin with special classes that help members deepen their understanding of the Days of Awe. A unique tradition we have developed is the addition of our choir at our erev Rosh Hashanah and Kol Nidre services, along with the addition of a cello at Kol Nidre services, adding a deep poignancy to the prayer.

With our Pay-As-You-Go Membership option, for a nominal fee, our services are accessible to anyone in our community who wishes to worship with us.  Children under 18 are always welcome free of charge.  High Holy Day tickets are included with Basic and Supporting Membership levels.

Consistent with our values, seating is never assigned at Kol Ami; the size of our space and community allows for all members to worship together at the same time.  This, along with our warm friendships, is what makes the High Holy Days so special at Kol Ami.
