Jewish tradition is rich and full of many rituals and practices. Each one has a backstory—the reason behind the action that guides what we do and why we do it. Understanding these, developed over thousands of years, helps us navigate often complex experiences based on the wisdom of those who came before us. There are two key questions for us:
· What are the Rituals and Practices?
· Why do we use those Rituals and Practices?
For liberal Jews, understanding why we do what we do provides insight. It often leads to a new appreciation for things we once found obscure. Join us for a workshop of learning about our tradition and its deep wisdom during this difficult time in our lives.
